Seasiders' player ratings in defeat at Leyton Orient

Goals from central defender Will Forrester and Dane Scarlett gave Leyton Orient a 2-0 win over Blackpool at Brisbane Road which plunged the Seasiders into the bottom four in League One.

The scoreline was harsh on Blackpool, who have now picked up just one point in their last six league games.

Here's how the the players rated:

Bailey Peacock-Farrell 6

Didn’t have much to do, but couldn’t be fault for Orient’s opening goal.

Jordan Williams 6

Went forward with relish and combined well with Josh Bowler.

Olly Casey 6

Solid and largely untroubled. Unlucky to have the penalty awarded against him

Zac Ashworth 6

Had a header cleared off the line in the first half. Kept Orient's strikers quiet.

Finley Munroe 5

His delivery from dead balls could have been better. Too often found the front man.

Josh Bowler 6

Frustrating. He looked dangerous and might have won a penalty, but wasted Blackpool’s best chance.

Karoy Anderson 6

Linked well going forward, but needed to take more responsibility at times.

Albie Morgan 7

Ran midfield with George Honeyman for 60 minutes. His impact faded late on.

George Honeyman 7

Worked hard and drove his side forward. Combined well in a midfield tandem with Albie Morgan.

Jerry Yates 6

Well marshalled by Orient’s central defensive pairing and didn’t capitalise on his one clear run at goal.

Tom Bloxham 5

Couldn’t find space in the box. At his best when drifting to the edge to take players on.

Substitutes

Leighton Clarkson 6

Brought on to restore Blackpool’s midfield grip but found it hard.

Dale Taylor 6

Had little service during his 18 minutes on the pitch.

Ilmari Niskanen 6

The game was lost gone by the time he came on.

Dion Charles 6

As with the other substitutes, no chance to turn the game around once the second goal went in.
