Recognition for Blackpool boss Neil Critchley and Arsenal loanee following impressive win at Portsmouth

The Seasiders completed a league double over Kenny Jackett's side thanks to their hard-earned 1-0 win at Fratton Park.

The victory, Blackpool's fourth from their last five games, means the Seasiders now top the League One form table.

Critchley has been recognised for master-minding the victory by being named League One's top boss by The Football League Paper.

Also included in their 'Team of the Week' is defender Dan Ballard, who enjoyed a fine afternoon on his first start in a month.

Ballard is joined in the team by the likes of Accrington Stanley's Seamus Conneely, Sunderland's Lynden Gooch, Sammie Szmodics (Peterborough United), Malik Wilks (Hull City) and Gillingham striker John Akinde.
