- Neil Critchley hopeful of having one or two players back available
43 - Poor
Keshi Anderson picks out CJ Hamilton with a cross-field ball, but the winger can’t control it and the ball goes out of play. Otherwise the Seasiders would have been in a great attacking position.
Bit poor from Hamilton there.
38 - Wide
Bristol City work the ball short, where the eventual cross reaches Rob Atkinson at the back post. The Oxford man reaches it but he’s at full stretch and can only stab wide of Chris Maxwell’s upright.
37 - Danger
Luke Garbutt barges into the back of Alex Scott, conceding another free-kick in a dangerous crossing position. Pool really need to improve their discipline here, because the hosts are clearly playing for set-pieces.
34 - Shame
A relatively rare Blackpool break goes to waste as Jerry Yates looks to pick out Tyreece John-Jules with a clever ball on the outside of his boot. He gets it all wrong though and it sails straight through to keeper Dan Bentley.
29 - Wide
Bristol City work the ball back into the box after another free-kick was partially cleared. It finds the unmarked Andy King, who heads wide. Pool want an offside flag but one doesn’t come.
27 - Discipline
The Seasiders have given away two or three needless free-kicks, which is far from ideal against a Nigel Pearson side that likes to pump the ball into the box.
25 - Pressure
The hosts are really beginning to threaten now, but the Seasiders are holding firm so far. The rain, meanwhile, lashes down from the sky.
23 - Big save
Substitute Kasey Palmer switches the ball onto his right foot in the Blackpool box before drilling a low shot towards Chris Maxwell’s near post. Pool’s number one gets a strong hand to force it behind for a corner though. Important stop.
22 - Waste
Tyreece John-Jules is picked out in space down the right but he delays his cross, which is eventually blocked. Should have done better.
Nevertheless, the visitors continue to get into some promising positions in attack.
