Blackpool's Neil Critchley up for Manager of the Month award against Peterborough, Burton and MK Dons bosses
Blackpool boss Neil Critchley is up for the League One Manager of the Month award for the month of February.
Critchley, receiving his second nomination this season, oversaw a fine run of results for the Seasiders last month.
Blackpool won four of their five games, seeing off Wigan Athletic 5-0, before beating Northampton Town (2-0), Rochdale (1-0) and Portsmouth (0-1).
The only blot on their record was the 2-0 defeat to Ipswich Town at Portman Road.
Critchley faces some stiff competition from Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson, Burton Albion's Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and MK Dons chief Russell Martin.
Posh were in scintillating form in February, winning six league games on the spin.
Hasselbaink, meanwhile, has performed miracles in his second spell at the Pirelli Stadium, guiding Burton to four wins from their five games last month to help guide them away from the relegation zone.
While MK Dons were beaten by Blackpool last night, Martin's side enjoyed a strong February, with three wins and two draws.
Meanwhile, Jorge Grant (Lincoln City), Jonson Clarke-Harris (Peterborough), Mallik Wilks (Hull City) and Charlie Wyke (Sunderland) are up for the Player of the Month award.
