Midweek matchwinner Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall says Blackpool must look to capitalise on Ipswich Town’s faltering league form.

The Seasiders return to Bloomfield Road tomorrow to take on an Ipswich side that have slipped down to ninth place in League One following a run of four defeats in six.

Blackpool, meanwhile, are now searching for their first back-to-back league victories since November.

Dewsbury-Hall, who scored Blackpool’s 89th-minute winner in Tuesday night’s 2-1 win against Bolton Wanderers, believes now could be the perfect time to take on the stuttering Suffolk outfit.

“It’s a really, really tough game,” he said.

“We felt it was really important to get the win on Tuesday night to take us into this game because we want to be as confident as possible.

“We know what they can do, but obviously they’ve had a bit of a dip in form so hopefully that’s something we can capitalise on, especially on the back of Tuesday’s win.

“We’re going into that game full of confidence and will try and implement the way we played in the first half against Bolton and see where it takes us.”
