Jordan Rhodes was the Seasiders first recruit ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, with the striker returning to Bloomfield Road on the back of his successful loan spell from Huddersfield Town last summer following the expiry of his contract at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, Ashley Fletcher was also added to Neil Critchley’s attacking options on an initial two-year deal.
The 28-year-old will officially join the club when his contract with Watford expires at the end of this month.
We’ve taken a look back at some of Blackpool’s previous first signings from previous summers.
