  • Posh have lost 10 of their 11 away games this season
  • Game goes ahead despite Covid concerns across the country

71 - Changes on the way

Pool appear to be readying a double change. Sonny Carey and Jerry Yates are preparing to come on.

Jordan Gabriel’s chip into the Posh box almost falls kindly for Gary Madine, but the ball runs through to David Cornell.

Marvin Ekpiteta shows good positional sense to deal with Jorge Grant, just as Posh threatened to work an overload down the left flank.

The game finally seems to be opening up a little. We might have some action to speak of now...

Jake Taylor’s swerving effort deflects just over the Blackpool bar. Corner to Posh.

Gary Madine meets Ryan Wintle’s corner but it’s straight at David Cornell.

58 - Finally some action

Josh Bowler links up well with Gary Madine but his goalbound shot is deflected away to safety. Jordan Gabriel then wins Pool a corner.

52 - Nasty collision

That’s a real nasty collision of heads between Jordan Gabriel and Peterborough’s Joe Tomlinson.

The Posh players comes off worse.

This really isn’t a good game. There isn’t a great deal of quality on show from either side, it has to be said.

It’s all about grinding out some sort of result.

The Posh players aren’t happy as Siriki Dembele goes to ground. Can’t say I saw what happened there.

He’s okay to continue though and the game resumes.
