Blackpool recall Nathan Shaw from AFC Fylde loan spell following suspension of National League North campaign

With the National League North campaign currently suspended, the Seasiders have made the decision to bring the 20-year-old back to Bloomfield Road.
Shaw has enjoyed a strong season with the Coasters, helping them into the play-off spots before the campaign was halted.

Hide AdThe winger is now available to play for Pool, which comes at a handy time for Neil Critchley’s side who are depleted by Covid-19 and injuries.
With Keshi Anderson and CJ Hamilton both out injured, that could see Shaw get a chance on the wing in the coming weeks.
Shaw, a product of Blackpool’s academy, impressed under Critchley during pre-season, but was left out of Blackpool's squads at the start of the campaign.
He did, however, start Blackpool’s goalless EFL Trophy draw against Barrow at the start of September.

Hide AdShaw made his competitive Blackpool debut last season in the 5-1 EFL Trophy win against Morecambe, going on to make one further appearance in the competition.
