After losing their first three League One outings of 2026, the Seasiders now have something to build on, after claiming a 2-0 victory over Northampton Town at the weekend.
Zac Ashworth and Ashley Fletcher were both on target for Ian Evatt’s side, while Joel Randall and Michael Obafemi were handed their debuts in Tangerine following their loan moves from Bolton Wanderers and Burnley respectively.
James Husband will be back in contention for the visit of the Hatters, after serving a four-match ban on the back of his red card against Port Vale on New Year’s Day, but Andy Lyons is unavailable after being ruled out for eight to 10 weeks with an achilles issue.
