Blackpool goalkeeper named in League One team of the week alongside Plymouth, Lincoln City and Doncaster Rovers men

It follows the goalkeeper's impressive display in Blackpool's 0-0 draw against Accrington Stanley at the weekend.

The goalless draw was Maxwell's ninth clean sheet from his last 12 appearances in all competitions.

Elsewhere, Maxwell is joined by Ryan Hardie, who is currently on loan with Blackpool's League One rivals Plymouth Argyle.

The striker scored his second goal of the campaign in Plymouth's much-needed 1-0 victory against MK Dons on Saturday.

Lincoln City manager and former Blackpool number one Michael Appleton was rewarded for the Imps' 4-0 thrashing of Northampton Town by being named the weekend's top boss.

The Imps also had three players named in the side, while Doncaster Rovers had two.

Fleetwood Town left-back Danny Andrew was also included following his strike in the 1-1 draw against Wigan Athletic.
