Neil Critchley has been named League One's 'top boss' for masterminding the win that takes his side within a point of guaranteeing their place in the play-offs.
The Seasiders, who take on Doncaster Rovers at Bloomfield Road tonight, coasted to the three points at Sixfields on Saturday thanks to a Jerry Yates brace and an early Luke Garbutt strike.

Hide AdYates, whose two strikes made it 20 league goals for the season, is included in the team of the week alongside his Pool teammates Chris Maxwell and Dan Ballad.
The duo were in fine form as the Seasiders claimed their 20th clean sheet of the season.
Lee Brown (Portsmouth), Matt Pennington (Shrewsbury Town) and former Fleetwood Town man Lewie Coyle (Hull City) make up the remainder of the back four.
Taylor Richards (Doncaster), Mallik Wilks (Hull) and Ronan Curtis make up a three-man midfield, while Yates is partnered in attack by Anthony Scully (Lincoln City) and the league's top goalscorer Jonson Clarke-Harris (Peterborough United).
