The Seasiders are already without defender Demetri Mitchell, who is self-isolating having returned a positive test at the start of last week.
Daniel Gretarsson, Keshi Anderson and CJ Hamilton are also out injured, although Neil Critchley is hoping to have Dan Ballard, Grant Ward and Bez Lubala fit and available for selection.
The five players, who haven’t been named, will also miss Pool’s upcoming league games against Wigan Athletic and Burton Albion.
