Blackpool squad news V Bromley: Seven remain absent for Ian Evatt's side
Blackpool take on Bromley at Bloomfield Road this afternoon.
Blackpool’s injury situation is set to ease over the next few weeks but no one new is expected back for their meeting with Bromley this afternoon - as they look to return to winning ways.
The Seasiders picked up seven points from their first three games, but have drawn blank on their last outings away from home.
A controversial winning goal saw Ian Evatt’s side lose 2-1 to Barnsley at Oakwell, before a flat display against Reading at the Select Cars Leasing Stadium ended in a 3-1 defeat.
Getting players back from injury will be key, with both Jordan Brown and Ilmari Niskanen competing for a place in the starting XI after making cameos off the bench against Reading last week following their respective spells on the sidelines.
Here’s the latest squad news:
CJ Hamilton (Out)

CJ Hamilton was handed a major blow last week. After being introduced off the bench against Barnsley, the wing-back suffered a serious knee injury in a challenge, and will now be absent for 10-12 weeks.
George Honeyman (Out)

Skipper George Honeyman is also a casualty from Oakwell, with the midfielder flagging a calf problem at the beginning of the second half.
The 31-year-old will now be out of action until the opposite side of the international break.
Niall Ennis (Out)

Niall Ennis has missed the start of the League One campaign due to a hamstring injury, but has recently returned to the grass in training - and is among those who could be back in October.
The problem was initially flagged against Grimsby Town in the first round of the Carabao Cup, but things proved to be more serious than initially thought.
Dale Taylor (Out)

Dale Taylor has also missed the start of the season due to a hamstring injury, but is also back on the grass.
Like Honeyman and Ennis, Blackpool will use the international break to build up his fitness before reintroducing him to competitive action.
Fraser Horsfall (Out)

Fraser Horsfall spent the summer working his way back to fitness after undergoing ankle surgery, but has since endured complications in his recovery.
The ex-Stockport County man has been forced to wear a protective boot in recent times, with no definitive date set for his return.
Michael Ihiekwe (Out)

Like Horsfall, Michael Ihiekwe is also recovering from surgery, with a toe issue plaguing his first year in Tangerine.
While the defender is making progress, the Seasiders are taking a patient approach, with his loading currently being increased ahead of a hopeful return to training at some point this month.
Oluchi Nwankwo (Out)

Teenager Oluchi Nwankwo was forced off in the second half of Blackpool’s behind-closed-doors friendly against Blackburn Rovers in July due to a knee problem.
The contact injury is set to keep the defender out until next month based on the original diagnosis.
