Blackpool fans have been naming the greatest signings from throughout the club’s history.

Bloomfield Road has welcomed a number memorable players down the years, with some certainly standing out above others, but who is considered the best acquisition by the Seasiders faithful.
We asked that question via our social media channels - and the response with phenomenal. Hundreds responded as supporters debated who represented the best value for money and who simply proved to be the best footballers brought to the Fylde Coast.

13. Ian Evatt
Ian Evatt was also part of the Blackpool squad to reach the Premier League. The retired defender initially joined the club on loan from QPR in 2006, but made the move permanent the following year. He departed Bloomfield Road in 2013, making the move to Chesterfield, where he finished his playing career. The 42-year-old is currently the manager of Bolton Wanderers. Photo: Harry Engels
