Just goal difference separates Neil McDonald’s men and the bottom four after Kyel Reid’s goal saw them lost 1-0 to Bradford.

On a scrappy afternoon it took a while for the game to get going, with Blackpool giving as good as they got before the break.

After a couple of chances each, Pool’s Mark Yeates rattled the bar in first half stoppage time, but that’s as good as it would get for Blackpool.

Former loan man Reid won the game for the Bantams on 54 minutes after defender Stephen Darby’s superb mazy run tore Pool in two.

From then in the Seasiders had very little reply, and as frustrations boiled were reduced to ten men in the final seconds when Will Aimson saw red for a second bookable offence.
