AFC Fylde look to bounce back from FA Trophy exit
Craig Mahon felt missed chances proved crucial as his AFC Fylde players look to recover from FA Trophy disappointment this evening.
The Coasters welcome Peterborough Sports to Mill Farm, having exited the Trophy in the last 16 on Saturday with a home loss against Southport.

National League North leaders South Shields won 3-1 at Oxford City that afternoon, enabling them to pull nine points clear of Fylde.
Mahon’s players have two games in hand, however, the first of which is tonight’s clash with a Peterborough team which has won its last three.
The Coasters’ head coach told the club’s media team: “I thought we started like we did against Oxford last week.
“We were sloppy, didn’t keep the ball, making the wrong decisions, trying to force things and trying to win the game in the first five, 10 minutes where I think we needed to be a bit more patient.
“At half-time, I explained to them what I wanted, what I was looking to see and I thought we did it.
“Second half, apart from scoring, I can’t ask for any more. I think we created nine, 10 chances in the second half but the keeper’s made some great saves.
“I’m really happy because I got a reaction out of them and I got to see what we can do, how good we can play, how dominant we can be with the ball – but I’m gutted for the lads, they gave everything.
“If you don’t take your chances, you’re always giving a team a chance to get something in the game.”
