Next season has plenty of promise

A spokesperson for 888sport said: “The EFL is a notoriously challenging league.

“So while some fans might be somewhat despondent about last season’s 16th place finish, many big teams have fared much worse – languishing in League One for long spells.

“With this in mind – and the return of a popular manager – next season has plenty of promise.”

Seasiders fans made the journey to seven matches away during the last 12 miles – travelling 487 miles in total.

After avoiding relegation last season supporters will be hoping the ‘Pool finish higher next season – especially following the return of Michael Appleton to the dugout.

Fifteen per cent will definitely be betting on the side winning the division - as they do this every year without fail.
