Wyre store hailed for charity effort
Showing community spirit, the Poulton staff members have volunteered themselves to host regular events in the café to raise money for charity.
A series of cocktail evenings, gin nights and other themed events helped raise £18,000 for charities including Brian’s House Children’s Hospice.

Hide AdThey have also sponsored two guide dogs for the blind, costing £5,000 each.
Booths head of retail Paul Tidswell said: “We are really proud of everything the Poulton store has achieved this year. Their efforts embody exactly what Booths stands for; community spirit and dedication to great service.”
Richard Sykes, store manager said: “I know first-hand what an incredible job the Poulton team do, everyone is so focused on being the best they can be and that really shows.
"We have a great relationship with our customers and have worked hard to become a part of the great community here in Poulton.”
