They are being marketed by joint agents Robert Pinkus & Co and Duxburys Commercial.

The units start from 625 sq ft at £75,000 and are suitable for a variety of uses including trade, warehouse, workshop and office.

The developers said optional mezzanine floors could be provided extending up to 400 sq ft and sectional loading doors and pedestrian door options are also available.

Mark Harrison, surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co. said: “It’s great to see a speculative development of this size and design taking shape as there is a real demand for this type and size of commercial unit in the Blackpool and Wyre area.

“We are very excited to be marketing the business units which offer a flexible, modern space that can be tailored to suit individual requirements of prospective owner/occupiers. We expect interest to be high given the current shortage of business units that cater for small to medium sized businesses and we are looking forward to seeing the development up and running later in the year.”

Kincraig Court is located on Blackpool Technology Park, north of the town centre and is a well-established commercial business location with occupiers in the vicinity including Blackpool Council, The NHS, The Inland Revenue, Royal Mail and Coefly.

Work is also progressing on the £5m Enterprise Court development starting with 12 small industrial units at Blackpool Airport which is also being marketed by Pinkus. Also on the Blackpool Airport zone a further new development near the North and Western Chamber of Commerce is set to offer a 0.79 acre for a variety of uses.
