We went out to ask the good people of Lancashire what they made of the news that train fares are set to increase this month.

Train fares in England and Wales have increased by nearly 5% this month, even with high levels of strikes and cancellations across the country.

Keen to find out what people made of the news, we went to Preston Railway Station today to ask passengers what they thought about the state of Britain’s railway services and whether an increase in ticket prices was fair despite strikes and delays.
