Walking Nativity to parade around the town centre again
It will start on the steps of Lytham Methodist Church, Park Street at 4pm and follow children dressed as Mary and Joseph, with a donkey, around the town centre as they are turned away from three local inns.
They will then make their way to a stable specially erected in the Memorial Gardens, where the Nativity story will be acted out.

“It is a lovely community event which has grown each year.
“We hope as many people as possible will join us and we are encouraging all the children to dress up in Nativity costumes and bring lanterns.
“It’s always a lovely family atmosphere, with a really good turnout in previous years, even when the weather hasn’t been so kind.
“Coffee and mince pies will be served in the Methodist Hall afterwards.
