Video reveals aftermath of Alfred Street fire where two people had to be rescued this morning

Fire crews from Blackpool, South Shore, Bispham and St Annes rushed to the scene of the blaze at 5am after reports that there were people trapped inside the building.
Six engines were mobilised as well as the Aerial Ladder Platform.

Hide AdArriving at the scene, crews found all three floors of the building on fire, but managed to rescue two casualties.
One casualty was rescued from the third-floor using the triple extension ladder and has been taken to hospital for treatment.
The fire service said the other casualty declined hospital treatment after being rescued.
Crews remain at the scene and firefighting efforts are continuing with four fire engines and the ALP.

Hide AdThe road remains partially closed and is expected to remain so until later this afternoon.
A fire service spokesman said: "Firefighters were called at around 5am to reports of a fire at a premise where it was believed there were casualties still trapped inside.
"One casualty was taken to the hospital for treatment and the other declined hospital treatment.
"Eight firefighters wearing breathing apparatus worked to bring the fire under control using four hose reels and two 13.5 meter ladders.
"Traffic in the local area may be affected, so avoid the area if possible."
