Unique opportunity to run new café and restaurant in Fleetwood's iconic Marine Hall - what you need to know
Marine Hall has been at the heart of Fleetwood since 1935.
Wyre Council is inviting expressions of interest from experienced hospitality operators to run a new café and restaurant at Marine Hall in Fleetwood, with the development scheduled to open in 2027.
The proposed venue will be located within the town’s iconic Art Deco building and will include a café and restaurant alongside a multi-functional space with the potential to host hospitality-led events and activities.
The successful operator will have the opportunity to work independently and in partnership with the council to enhance Marine Hall’s offering and support its role as a cultural and community hub.

Marine Hall has been at the heart of Fleetwood since 1935, welcoming audiences to a varied programme of entertainment, performances and community events throughout the year. Wyre Council is particularly keen to hear from operators with proven experience in the café, restaurant or hospitality sector, who can support and complement Marine Hall’s events programme.
Applicants should also demonstrate a commitment to delivering social value and community benefits, strong sustainability and environmental credentials, and experience of operating a safe and compliant licensed venue. Those interested in the opportunity are encouraged to register their interest by January 2027.
