From the roads we fear the most to the ones we love to drive down, we can also reveal the exact sentiment for every motorway in the UK.

On Twitter, our beloved M6 is a close second most talked about motorway, just behind the notorious London orbital M25.

Research by car finance specialists Zuto, showed the M6 attracted a staggering 168,921 messages in the last 12 months, compared to the M25's colossal 198,250.

But only 46.7% of tweets saw the M6 in a positive light, with 45.1% attracting an angry emoji.

The M55 was tweeted about 5298 times, but 54% of those posts were negative.

For comparison, the most positive motorway in the UK was the M45 near Rugby, while the most negative was the M876 north of Falkirk in Scotland.
