“Blackpool Grand Theatre audiences know and love a proper pantomime.”
Families are being encouraged to secure tickets early for Blackpool Grand Theatre’s 2026 pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk, with seats available from £18.

Running from 4 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, the festive production promises comedy, music, magic and spectacular 3D effects as the classic tale returns to The Grand for the first time in more than 20 years.
Presented by Martin Dodd for UK Productions Ltd in association with Blackpool Grand Theatre, the show will feature Coronation Street star Lisa George as the Spirit of the Beans and award-winning comedian Steve Royle, who returns as Silly Simon after being named Best Comic at the UK Pantomime Awards 2025.

Martin Dodd, Producer, UK Productions Ltd, said: “Blackpool Grand Theatre audiences know and love a proper pantomime, and that is exactly what we are bringing them with Jack and the Beanstalk - a big, spectacular, laugh-out-loud family show with real heart.
“We are incredibly proud of the quality of this production, from the stunning sets and costumes to the 3D effects, the music, the comedy and, of course, an incredible cast who know exactly how to bring this story to life for a Blackpool audience.
“Pantomime should feel magical from the moment you walk through the doors, and this year we are making sure families get a giant festive adventure they will remember long after Christmas.”
The production will include West End-quality staging, dazzling costumes and family-friendly entertainment for audiences aged three and above. With popular holiday performances expected to sell quickly, theatre bosses are urging families to book now to secure the best seats and dates.

Andrew Howard, Head of Audiences, Marketing and Sales at Blackpool Grand Theatre, said: “Pantomime at The Grand is so much more than a show in the calendar - it is part of Christmas for thousands of families across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre.
“It is grandparents bringing grandchildren, parents reliving their own childhood memories, school groups roaring with laughter and audiences coming back year after year because they know the magic, warmth and joy they will find here.
“That emotional connection is why we love creating and sharing Blackpool’s No.1 Pantomime every year. It belongs to our audiences as much as it belongs to us, and Jack and the Beanstalk is shaping up to be one of those brilliant, joyful, not-to-be-missed Grand panto experiences.”
