Theft accused pair deny claims
Two men accused of stealing a camera bag and equipment valued at £500 from a car taken without consent in St Annes have made their first appearance at court.
Grant Tuckley, 23, formerly of Derwent Road, Orrell, Wigan, now living at Dalton Street, St Annes and Anthony Wright, 23, of Chatsworth Avenue, Fleetwood, both pleaded not guilty to theft.
Wright also denied taking a Volvo from Curzon Road, St Annes, and driving it without insurance and not in accordance with a licence on Amy Johnson Way on October 11.
Tuckley also denied being a passenger in a car taken without consent.
They were bailed for trial on November 26 by Blackpool magistrates. They must keep a curfew 10pm to 7am as part of their bail.
