Stacey's tasty role as Gusto heads for town
Stacey Callagher, a former student of St Bede’s RC High School who has lived locally for most of her life, has been appointed to lead marketing, training and development with the new Lytham team.
Gusto Lytham – the brand’s first restaurant in Lancashire – will officially open its doors on Thursday, April 14 at 5pm.

Hide AdStacey, 37, has lived almost all her life in Lytham having attended St Bede’s RC High School, and joins Gusto from the University of Central Lancashire, where she worked in marketing and at the campus Law School.
She said: “Outside of a few years in London I have lived all my life in Lytham and I cannot think of anywhere better to live and work than in this wonderful town.
“I cannot wait for the doors to open on April 14 and bring the full Gusto experience to Lytham.”
Gusto – which has 12 restaurants across the UK – has invested more than £1 million in its new 4,000sq ft restaurant and bar in Lytham.

Hide AdRefurbishment work is now well underway at the Grade II listed building to create the new 130-cover restaurant, which is located on Dicconson Terrace.
The company is currently recruiting for 60 newly-created jobs at the restaurant, further boosting employment in Lytham’s booming gastronomy scene.
Gusto managing director Sue Crimes added: “This is a very exciting time for Gusto - we are delighted to be opening in Lytham.
“Lancashire’s restaurant scene is in a period of enormous growth and we felt the time was right to bring Gusto to Lytham.”
