SLIDESHOW: Hundreds pay respects to Bernie Nolan

Scores of mourners lined the streets of Blackpool to say a final goodbye to Bernie Nolan today.

As well as her sisters Coleen, Linda, Denise, Anne and Maureen, stars turned out in force for the emotional farewell.

Among them were Shane Ritchie, Roy Chubby Brown, Roy Walker, Cannon and Ball and the cast of Chicago including soap stars Ali Bastian and Tupele Dorgu.

The ‘celebration’ of Bernie’s life was held at the Grand Theatre and hundreds of her fans travelled from across the country and queued up to pay their respects.

Bernie died after a long battle with cancer on July 4 and her legion of fans from her career on stage and screen, especially from her days performing alongside her sisters, are expected to pay their respects.
