Road closed after crash between car and van
A road was closed on Wednesday evening after a two-vehicle crash in St Annes.
Emergency services were called to St Leonard’s Road West at about 6pm, after the crash involving a car and a van.
Fire crews cut the door from one of the vehicles to allow access for paramedics, and two people were taken to hospital by ambulance.
Both casualties were conscious and breathing, and their injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
