“We'll update you when the road is back open”
The A583 is currently closed in both directions at Dobbies Garden Centre near Clifton due to a car accident.
Fylde Police said: “This is due to a road traffic accident and we need to wait for the road to be cleared.
“We'll update you when the road is back open, but in the meantime, if you are travelling towards Preston or Blackpool, consider using the M55, leave plenty of time for your journey and drive safely.
“Thanks for your patience.”
