Regenda Homes confirmed as employing agency for £20m Pride in Fleetwood project
“Their strong local presence and commitment to people makes them an excellent partner”
The Pride in Fleetwood Board is joining forces with housing giant Regenda Homes to deliver £20m to the port as part of the UK Government’s Pride in Place.
Regenda Homes will take up the role initially until 2030 as the employing agency for staff.

It is ideally placed with an office in The HUB - the former hospital building and within the Town Centre area that will receive the funding.
Dr Mark Spencer, chair of the Pride in Fleetwood board said: “I'm delighted that Regenda Homes will be the employing agency for Pride in Fleetwood staff.
“Regenda has a long tradition of community-focused support across Fleetwood, not only in housing, but also in education, training, community support and the general wellbeing of residents.
“Their strong local presence and commitment to people makes them an excellent partner for this important programme in Fleetwood.”
Joanne Walsh, Director of Housing Management at Regenda Homes added, “Regenda Homes is delighted to have been selected to support the Fleetwood Pride in Place Programme.
“Hosting the Programme and Governance Officer and Administrative Officer roles is a natural fit for us.
“We’re deeply committed to the communities we serve in Fleetwood and across the NorthWest, and this is a fantastic opportunity to play an active role in driving positive, lasting change for the town.
“We look forward to working closely with the Board and local partners to help deliver real impact for Fleetwood residents.”
