The building, developed by Muse as part of the £220m Talbot Gateway regeneration scheme, is competing in the ‘office – completed buildings’ category.

Designed by AHR, one of Europe’s longest standing architecture and building consultancy practices, the building has already received a number of accolades, including Best Corporate Workplace in the BCO Awards Northern Region and Energy Efficient Building Project of the Year at the 2014 Energy Awards.

Andy Barton, project manager at Muse Developments, said: “We have worked with AHR for a number of projects and they have always impressed us with their flair and utilisation of products and finishes.

“We’ve been overwhelmed with the accolades this project has received within the built environment and I’m so proud that it’s now getting the recognition it deserves on a global scale.”
