New Tier 4 measures have been announced

Lancashire has been moved into the highest level of Covid restrictions as the new strain of the virus sweeps across the country.

New Tier 4 measures, which will come into force at 00:01 on Thursday December 31, will effectively return the county to the national lockdown rules implemented in November.
