Police search for missing teenager

Police are appealing for help to find a teenager who is missing from her home in Blackpool.

Caitlin Sheppard, 14, from Blackpool, has gone missing from her home

Caitlin Sheppard, 14, was last seen on Hornby Road, Blackpool, after she walked out of her address at around 7.10pm yesterday.

She is described as white, 6ft 2in tall, medium build with shoulder length dark brown hair and was last seen wearing a black bomber jacket, blue jeans and blue trainers.

She has links to Morecambe and the Bradford and Keighley areas of Yorkshire.

PC Chris Hammond from Blackpool Police said: “We are getting concerned for Caitlin’s welfare, particularly given her age.

“I would appeal to anyone who has seen her to get in touch with us as soon as possible. Similarly, Caitlin, if you are seeing this appeal, please make contact with us so we know you are safe.”
