Officers say they want to know which apps and social media sites are popular and how they internet makes people feel as part of Safer Internet Day 2016, which falls on Tuesday, February 9.

A spokesman said: “They also have the opportunity to identify issues and crime trends that concern them.

“During 2016 we will be carrying out a lot of work to support young people across the county.

“This survey is a starting point and will help us plan future campaigns and events.”
