“Max and his family have been isolating to protect him from contracting Covid-19.

“This has been really difficult for them as Max usually enjoys trips out and since lockdown began, Max has been unable to leave the house.

“I began running on my treadmill during the first lockdown as a mechanism to help me cope with my anxiety, and since then it has become a real passion which I wanted to use to raise

money for such a worthwhile charity.”
