Schools, community groups and Santa himself made their way through Grange Park as residents lined the streets to watch the spectacle last night.
The Christmas parade, which travelled down Dinmore Avenue and ended at @TheGrange, was the first of its kind in the community.

"We commissioned Handmade Parade, who did 15 workshops in all the various schools, making lanterns and costumes."

"The feedback has been phenomenal. We had giant puppets, birds and horses, as well as all the amazing things that people had made in the workshops."

"It's definitely, 100 per cent something we want to bring back next year. We may even look at bringing back the summer parade - but that's nothing definite yet."
