She says: "Public speaking is the number one fear for the average person – ranked even higher than the fear of death!

“So many business owners have amazing offerings, but people simply don’t know they exist.

"By learning public speaking skills, they can share their products and services with those who are looking for a solution to their problems.”

Cheryl, who has been crowned ‘International Speaker Trainer of the Year’ three times by the Professional Speaking Academy, has worked with a wide range of people to improve their confidence at public speaking.

They include a Fleetwood mum who has written about her journey through addiction, a man who lost nearly half of his body weight and an MBE award winner who dares to be different.

Cheryl is now looking for business people to join her new public speaking programme, Live, Love, Laugh, Lives, which will involve them having the chance to shine on camera and have their experiences included in a book she is set to publish next year.

The 12 selected finalists will each receive a video recording of themselves speaking on stage and being interviewed, as well as going on to feature in a the book,

set to be published on International Women’s Day 2021.

The programme begins in December, with filming taking place on a closed set in a Covid-secure venue in Lincolnshire, where Cheryl is currently based.

Cheryl adds: "There are three important days in your life: the day you’re born; the day you find your purpose; and the last day someone mentions your name.

"Within two or three generations, most of us are forgotten.

"That’s why it’s so important to have your 15 minutes of fame.

"It’s my belief that we all deserve to be preserved for posterity.”
