The former Fleetwood Health Centre, in London Street, was pulled to the ground by the vandal-hit site’s new owners as work began on Monday
Sunny Deol, 34, who has bought the site with a business partner, now plans to build 18 new affordable homes – with permission already granted by Wyre Council.
Mr Deol, who lives in Fleetwood, said: "I’m obviously aware how much of a problem this site has become, particularly in the last year,”
