The "National Elf Service" workshop was set up by the Vic's in-house charity Blue Skies Hospitals Fund and Blackpool Teaching Hospitals facilities team.
The display, sponsored by Barton Grange Garden Centre, Lidl, The Christmas Decorators, Christmas Trees and Lights, and Mediaprint, was put in place to brighten up the days of NHS staff and hospital visitors.

Hide AdKila Redfearn, head of Blue Skies, said: "We’re thrilled with the reaction we’ve had to the display.
"It’s not been the easiest year and our healthcare staff have been at the forefront of the fight, so hopefully this brings a little happiness and Christmas cheer to everyone."
The charity is currently underway with its annual appeal to ensure every patient in hospitals across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde wake up with a present on Christmas Day.
The usual gift collections cannot take place due to the coronavirus pandemic, so Blue Skies is appealing for donations of £5 instead to reduce infection risk.
