A look back at Strictly Come Dancing's Blackpool Weeks as the BBC show returns tonight

As Strictly Come Dancing starts tonight, we thought we would reminicse on some of the fabulous scenes from its most recent trips to Blackpool.

Series 23 of the popular BBC show Strictly Come Dancing kicks off at 6:40pm on Saturday night.

Although the show is usually filmed at Elstree Studios in London, the annual Blackpool Week has been a fixture in the Strictly schedule since 2009.

Blackpool Week is widely considered the pinnacle in the Strictly calender and tickets for the show are hotly sought after by local residents, with all tickets for 2025 being allocated already!
