Pedestrian hospitalised after being struck by car near Flakefleet Primary School in Fleetwood
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
A white “Vauxhall Corsa-type car” struck a pedestrian on Fleetwood Road near Flakefleet Primary School between 5.20pm and 6pm on Sunday, June 30.

Hide AdThe pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital later that evening with an injury to the hip. He remained in hospital on Tuesday.
Officers say that the driver did stop at the scene, but later left after speaking to the pedestrian.

Hide Ad“We now want to speak to them in connection with this incident,” a spokesman for Lancashire Police added.
