One person treated for smoke inhalation after fire at Blackpool home

One person was treated for smoke inhalation after a kitchen fire at a Blackpool home on Sunday afternoon.

Two fire engines from the Blackpool station were called to the incident at a two-storey property on Plymouth Road.

They used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.

Crews were in attendance for one hour and 50 minutes.
