New Orco Lounge café bar welcomed by delighted diners as 'a great addition to Cleveleys'

Latest Lounge venue on Fylde coast greeted as offering “awesome food and great atmosphere”

A new café bar in Cleveleys has quickly proved a hit with diners.

Orco Lounge on Victoria Road West has brought 30 new jobs to town and welcomed customers for the first time on Wednesday, October 7, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the day seven days a week.

It’s the latest venue from national café bar chain Lounge to open on the Fylde coast, following Vintro Lounge on Church Street in Blackpool and Trevino Lounge on Clifton Street in Lytham, which opened in 2024.

The Bristol-based company has named the new venue after Orco, Cleveleys’ stone beach giant, with the word being Italian for ‘Ogre’.

The new venue is intended to be more than a place to eat and drink, with community use forming part of its offering.
