Here's how Pool's players rated:
7. Jay Spearing - 7/10
One or two passes went awry but otherwise continued his fine form with drive and determination in the centre.
8. Matty Virtue - 7/10
Gave the ball away a little too often but made some driving runs forward and came close with a couple of efforts.
9. Sullay Kaikai - 7/10
Anonymous in the first half but a constant livewire in the second. Unfortunate not to score on a couple of occasions.
10. MAN OF THE MATCH: Nathan Delfouneso - 8/10
Took both of his goals in clinical fashion, scoring twice in the space of as many minutes to win the game for Pool.
11. Joe Nuttall - 6/10
Struggled in the first half but performed much better in the second 45, helping force Blackpools leveller.
12. SUB: Ollie Turton - 7/10
For Macdonald, 46'
His introduction helped change the game as Pool reverted to a back four, which allowed Turton to get forward.
