Daniel Lewis, 23, of Jeffrey Square, Blackpool, appeared before Blackpool Magistrates on Saturday, October 12, charged with attempted rape.
Police launched an investigation after a 20-year-old woman was attacked on Friday, October 11.
She was grabbed and pushed to the floor as she walked a dog along Meadow Lane, Lytham, shortly before 7am.
