Have your say as council asks for feedback

This week Fylde Council launched its residents’ survey and wants feedback from homeowners.

Coun Sue Fazackerley, Fylde Council interim leader, said: “We can only improve if we know what people think of what we do.

“People want good services and they want them at a fair price: even completing the survey online saves us money compared to the cost in 2008.

“Both councillors and staff need to know what we do well and what we don’t do well. The only reason the council exists is to provide good services, but we can’t improve if people don’t tell us what they want.”
