Guests flee hotel blaze
Guests evacuated a Blackpool hotel following a fire this morning.
Two fire engines, one from Blackpool and one from South Shore, were called to a hotel on Barton Avenue after receiving reports there was a fire on the stairs.
When crews arrived at the scene, around 30 guests had been evacuated, however, the fire was already out.
Firefighters did not use any equipment but they are currently investigating the cause of the fire along with the police.
The incident happened shortly before 2.30am.
