German Shepherd on the run after biting man
Police are preparing to catch a dog that bit a man and his pet in Blackpool.
Police were called at around 2.55pm to reports that a German Shepherd had bitten both the man and his dog, who had been walking on Lawson Road, Blackpool.
They are now preparing to capture the animal, as recent reports show that it is currently running around in a nearby field.
A police spokesman said: “One person was bitten by the dog, and their dog was also bitten. The person suffered hand injuries.
“Police are attending the scene.”
