Fylde coast restaurant creates 30 jobs
The site, which was converted from the High Cross Harvester, opened following an extensive two month refurbishment.
Located on Longhouse Lane, the new steak house has recruited 30 additional staff including chefs, dessert chefs and grill chefs to cook up its award winning steaks.

Hide AdMiller and Carter Poulton-Le-Fylde has also added talented front of house team members and budding bartenders to its ranks, ready to shake up a cocktail or two and match wines to the perfect steak. Karen Thompson, general manager at Miller and Carter Poulton said: “Bringing the first Miller and Carter to Poulton has been extremely exciting for the brand and we’re really pleased to have such a great team on board.
